POTAWATOMI GATHERING 2026 APPLICATION

*If anyone else (18+) in your household is attending, please have them fill out their own application and attach it with yours.

*MUST have valid proper Identification to be able to cross the Canada/USA border-crossing.

*Reminder to be respectful - you are representing Bkejwanong Territory.

*As you know, the Potawatomi Gathering is being held in Forest County this year. After careful consideration, we have decided to provide bus transportation to and from the event due to the travel distance. We strongly encourage all participants to take advantage of the bus transportation, as it will provide a safe, convenient, and coordinated travel experience for everyone attending.

*Maximum on application 4 people per family in your selected room, due to hotel rules and regulations

*You are encouraged to Register online for this event with the Forest County Potawatomi, due to deadline.
