Walpole Island Cultural Community Centre

The Walpole Island Cultural Community Centre (WICCC) opened in 1987. It has an NHL size ice surface (200’x85′) and a 51’x73′ community hall. It is more commonly known as the “Arena” or “Sports Complex.”

The hall is also available to rent, either full or half-size. It hosts community events such as weddings, birthday parties, and baby showers, but also is used for program functions and community meetings. Bookings can be made at (519) 627-1444.
